Rowan Cottage Project

The Rowan Cottage Project was a 98 sq m build which consisted of a double dwelling - 1 x one bedroom and 1 x 2 bedroom units built using brick with linea weatherboard detail to be completed within a 14 week time frame.

The two self contained units were built specifically for wheelchair access. Some of the unique design specifications were automatic doors, hand rails and ramps. Bathroom vanities were modifed to accommodate wheelchair access. Emergency services, nurse call and sprinkler alarms were also installed through out the house.

The project was completed within the 14 week timeframe and with in the allocated budget.
